Welcome to Typpout (“Company”, “Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Typpout, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our website, software, tools, APIs, and all services associated with Typpout. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately. Typpout is designed to help users automate GTM workflows, generate leads, enrich data, manage outreach, and build AI-driven products. These Terms ensure that the Platform remains safe, compliant, and fair for all users.
Products
Typpout provides a suite of tools focused on social-led GTM, growth automation, AI-driven workflows, and data enrichment. Our product offerings may include, but are not limited to:

2.6 Billing & Subscription
Monthly and yearly plans
Multiple account connections depending on subscription tier
Typpout may introduce new features, upgrade existing ones, or discontinue certain services at any time.
What you cannot do
To maintain platform integrity, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
3.1 Abuse of Data & Platform
Scraping, exporting, or abusing data beyond allowed limits
Attempting to bypass account limits, enrichment limits, or outreach volume restrictions
Using unauthorized or malicious automation tools with Typpout
3.2 Illegal or Harmful Activity
Sending spam, abusive, or deceptive messages
Violating privacy or GDPR regulations
Uploading harmful code, bots, or scripts
Engaging in harassment or targeted harm
3.3 Misuse of AI
Generating fraudulent content
Pretending to be another person or organization
Using AI features to violate platform rules or local laws
3.4 Selling Restricted Content
Explicit content, hate content, malware, or harmful scripts
Unauthorized resale of Typpout’s own tools or data
Pirated, stolen, or copyrighted material that you don’t own
3.5 Fraudulent Use of Vibe-Coded Marketplace
Selling products without delivering value
Misrepresenting product capabilities
Circumventing payment or commission systems
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Security & Payments
4.1 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials confidential
Ensuring your LinkedIn or connected account complies with their terms
All activity that occurs under your account
4.2 API & Third-Party Connections
Typpout integrates with:
LinkedIn
Email verification APIs
Social data providers
Payment gateways
You must comply with all third-party terms when using these services.
4.3 Subscription & Billing
Payments are processed via secure third-party processors
Plans renew automatically unless cancelled
No refunds for partial usage, abuse, or policy violations
Typpout may revise pricing at any time
4.4 Account Limits
Subscriptions provide:
$49/mo → 1 account
$79/mo → 2 accounts
$199/mo → 5 accounts
Exceeding account limits may incur additional charges.
4.5 Platform Security
We employ encryption, secure authentication, and continuous monitoring. However, we cannot guarantee:
100% security
Zero downtime
No unauthorized access by third parties
You agree to notify us immediately of suspicious behaviour.

By using Typpout, you agree to the collection and usage of data as outlined below:
